Erin is a warm, empathic clinician with 20 years of clinical experience. She is passionate about creating safety and a non-judgemental space in which her clients can explore their experiences and challenges and move toward their potential. Erin’s practice integrates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She works collaboratively with her clients to develop realistic, achievable goals and make meaningful change.
Having worked within acute mental health settings, forensic settings, and private practice, Erin has experience working with a range of clients and presentations including those with mood and anxiety disorders, trauma experiences, personality disorders, stress-related conditions, anger management challenges, and complex mental health presentations. She has a particular interest and extensive experience in the management of self-harm and suicidality.
